Amanda K. Redlus, Founder & Principal
Involved in countless real estate transactions, at different stages in their lifecycles, Amanda’s vertically-integrated expertise is complemented by her passion for the correlation between human behavior and the built environment.
Originally from Los Angeles, Amanda began her commercial real estate career with Canyon Partners, LLC, a private equity firm with over $20 billion in assets under management. Her role was instrumental in the expansion of a nationwide development platform focused on impactful & profitable real estate assets.
She later received her Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where she was awarded the Lusk Endowment scholarship upon acceptance to the program, was a member of the NAIOP Competition champion team while attending school, and upon graduation, was awarded the Dollinger Program Distinction award for exceptional academic and professional engagement.
After graduating, she was Asst. Development Manager for The Ratkovich Company, a mission-driven development firm focused on institutional-scale deals. Engaged in both value-add & ground-up multi-use projects valued at over $2.7 billion, Amanda worked in all capacities across the company portfolio.
After moving to New York, Amanda founded INDI Properties to actively invest in military communities and has since expanded her business to offer real estate advisory services. INDI Properties has been formally recognized as a NYS Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).
